    TOURISM AND HANDICAP

    We are engaged in the process of obtaining the Tourism and Handicap Mark, for this we have already made several adjustments:

    • Our documentation and our shop are accessible

    • We have a passenger lift

    • We have a magnetic loop for the hearing impaired

    • Our glass surfaces are signposted for the visually impaired

    • Our staff are trained to welcome you and your disability

    • We have a PRM space within 10 metres of our entrance

    • A treasure hunt in the Facile à Lire et à Comprendre (FALC) method is available at the Office de Tourisme et du Thermalisme, for everyone.

    QUALITY TOURISM™ BRAND

    Since the 4th of July 2016 our Tourist Office has obtained the Quality Tourism TM mark

    Our Office of Tourism and Thermalism is committed to the QUALITY TOURISM MARK and has joined the 1st CATEGORY CLASSIFICATION of the OFFICES DE TOURISME DE FRANCE network

    This mark is part of the promotion of the destination France. In favour of an increasing demand for quality. This allows for the attractiveness and the increase of our tourist frequentation, which leads to an increase in tourist revenues.

    Thus, we are committed to respecting several criteria of the specifications respecting the quality commitments.

    Mark obtained on 4 July 2016 and renewed on 27 September 2019.
