    TOURISM AND HANDICAPS

    We are engaged in the process of obtaining the Tourism and Handicap Mark, for this we have already made several adjustments:

    – Our documentation and shop are accessible.
    – We have a stairlift.
    – We have a hearing loop.
    – Our glass surfaces are marked for visibility.
    – Our staff is trained to welcome you and accommodate your disability.
    – We have a disabled parking space less than 10 meters from our entrance.
    – Accessible toilets reserved for people with reduced mobility (PRM) are available. If we are closed, the nearest ones are behind the Sacré-Cœur Church (Place de l’Église) or next to Carrefour Express (2 rue du Docteur Gabriel Pain).
    – A treasure hunt in Easy-to-Read and Understand (FALC) format is available at the Tourism and Thermalism Office, designed for everyone.
    – A braille document is available.

    QUALITY TOURISM™ BRAND

    Since July 4, 2016, our Tourism Office has been awarded the Tourism Quality Label TM.
    In 2024, the Tourism Quality Label will become a Destination of Excellence.

    Our Tourism and Thermalism Office is committed to the TOURISM QUALITY LABEL and has achieved CLASSIFICATION IN THE 1st CATEGORY within the NETWORK OF TOURISM OFFICES OF FRANCE.
    The new Destination of Excellence label aims to enhance quality across the entire spectrum of the tourism offering: accommodations, dining, places to visit or for leisure, tourist information centers (including tourism offices), and transportation.

    It replaces the “Tourism Quality” label as of May 2024.

    As such, we are committed to meeting as many criteria as possible from the specifications in order to welcome you with the highest quality and provide you with the best service offerings.
